I. Tema Forex: Using the guise of "UK regulation" to commit Ponzi scheme fraud.

Tema Forex (temaforex.com) launched in mid-October 2025 and is the latest addition to the "AI Forex Investment Scam" series.
It claims to be "the world's leading AI-automated trading company" and forges a UK regulatory number to create a sense of trust.
However, upon verification, the company had no registration records, no regulatory filings, and no physical office address ; all of its information was fabricated.

This platform shares the same scam template with Lorvex Astral, Aissfirm Funds, Iversatile, and others.
The same copywriting structure, fake back-end trading interface, fixed daily return promise of 3% to 5%, and the same withdrawal trap.

II. Forging regulatory numbers and registering fake companies

At the bottom of the Tema Forex website, it is stated that:

“Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) – License No. 939185”

Actual test results:
There is no record for this number in the FCA's official registration database , and the company name does not exist.
The official website also states in the footer that "Tema Forex Ltd." is registered in London, UK, but there is no corresponding company in Companies House .

Further findings:

  • The address "Tema Tower, London" is a fictional building;

  • The text on the "About Us" page is exactly the same as "Iversatile";

  • Images courtesy of Freepik and Shutterstock.

  • The technical email address is registered in Lagos, Nigeria.

III. "AI Investment" Scams and Fake Back-End Data

Platform promises:

“Daily profit starts at 3%, AI automatically executes forex and crypto arbitrage trades.”

After registering an account, we found the following:

  • The system immediately displays "Profit +12%" after the deposit;

  • No real transaction records;

  • The data on the "AI Control Center" page is refreshed every 10 seconds.

  • It disguises itself as a MetaTrader 5 style interface, but there are no transaction details.

Code analysis results:
Its JavaScript file /api/profit/today returns a fixed value, displaying "Today's profit + X%", which is actually fake backend logic.

IV. Capital Inflow and Money Mixing Transfer Patterns

Tema Forex only supports USDT (TRC20 / BEP20) and Bitcoin deposits .
As can be seen through on-chain tracing:

  • The deposit wallet address is TLu8Qx * dEj3s ;

  • After being deposited into the main wallet, the funds are mixed by Tornado Cash;

  • The funds were then dispersed into deposit addresses on exchanges such as Binance, MEXC, and Bitget;

  • Transactions of less than 1,000 USDT are suspected to be part of an automated transaction splitting system.

This model is completely consistent with Lorvex Astral and XetaCapitalFX.
This indicates that Tema Forex is a "subsite of the same group that deals with AI investment scams".

V. The Three-Part Series of Withdrawal Traps

stageFalse reasonsactual purpose
1️⃣ First withdrawalRequires a tax rate of 15%.Deceiving people into making a second payment
2️⃣ Account VerificationA "verification fee" of $100–$300 is required.Extracting remaining funds
3️⃣ Final UnlockCharge "international money transfer fee"Final harvest

All victims had their accounts banned after the third step, customer service disappeared, and emails were returned.
WhatsApp customer service chatbot's standard reply template: "Your withdrawal is under compliance review."

VI. Comparison of Similar Fraudulent Brands

brandOfficial websitefeature
Aissfirm Fundsaissfirmfunds.comFake fund regulation, AI investment traps
Iversatileiversatile.comRobot customer service, fake profits
Lorvex Astrallorvexastra.comSame template backend, coin mixing system
Xeta Capital FXxetacapitalfx.comFake UK company, same-domain server

✅Conclusion: Tema Forex is an extension brand of the same fraudulent group and is one of a series of fake platforms under the "UK Regulated AI Financial Management" brand.

VII. Conclusion (Part One: Conclusion)

Features of Tema Forex:

  • The domain name was registered less than 20 days ago;

  • No company registration or regulation;

  • Fabricated revenue and transaction data;

  • Three-stage withdrawal trap;

  • Blockchain-based fund diversion and money laundering;

  • They shared code and servers with several exposed fraudulent platforms.

⚠️Preliminary conclusion: Tema Forex (temaforex.com) is an unregulated Ponzi scheme, and investors face a 100% risk of losing their funds upon depositing money.

In-depth report on the Tema Forex (temaforex.com) scam (Part 2 of 3)

Topics: Victim Case Review, Blockchain Fund Tracking, Technical Fingerprint Comparison, Evidence Preservation and Rapid Reporting

I. Three victim cases (anonymous compilation)

Case A | Small trial → Fake profits → Tax trap

  • Timeline : USDT 200 was deposited on the day of registration; 24 hours later, the background showed "Profit +16%"; on the 3rd day, when applying for withdrawal, a prompt was made that a 15% tax fee must be paid first.

  • Process : After paying the "tax", I was asked to pay a Verification Fee of 120 USDT ; after payment, my account showed "under compliance review" and was frozen after 48 hours.

  • Key points : Upfront withdrawal fees + virtual profit curve (unrelated to the market).

Case B | Agent Rebate → Deposit Required → Commission Cleared

  • Background : Recruited as a "regional partner" with a promise of "10% commission".

  • Process : I recommended 7 people who deposited a total of $3,000, and the backend showed a commission of $300; when I tried to withdraw, I was asked to pay a 20% agent deposit first; after payment, the commission was cleared and my account was canceled in the backend.

  • Key point : The commission rebate ledger is fake , used to induce victims to develop downlines and then harvest them a second time.

Case C | "AI Control Center" Demonstration → Additional Funds Deposited → Account Disappears

  • Process : Customer service demonstrated the "AI Control Center" via screen sharing, showing "real-time arbitrage orders"; the victim added $4,000; the next day, the website was under maintenance and the account could not be logged in.

  • Key point : The demonstration video and data are fabricated using a script and are not genuine matchmaking.

II. Fund Flow (On-chain and Fiat Currency Dual Channels)

1) Encrypt the main path (TRC20 / “BEP20” obfuscated spelling)

stageBehaviorObservation features
T0Assign a one-time USDT address to the userBatch address generation, consistent aggregation tags
T+1hAggregated to the main wallet TLu8Qx * dEj3sHigh-concurrency accounting, multiple small transactions
T+3hSplit into 30+ transit addressesAmounts of 50–500 USDT per transaction, circumventing risk control.
T+6hFunds were deposited into exchange addresses (Binance/OKX/MEXC/Bitget).Multiple landing points make it difficult to freeze in one place.
T+24hThe main wallet has been decommissioned and a new aggregation address has been switched.Short life cycle and frequent replacement

Conclusion : Tema Forex possesses automated splitting and multi-site landing money laundering scripts, and its fund flow patterns are consistent with those of Iversatile and Lorvex Astral.

2) Fiat currency secondary path (third-party acquiring/aggregator code)

  • The merchant name does not match the website; the receipt is missing the complete merchant number.

  • The remarks are often "service fee/consulting fee";

  • Common practice: First, establish a sense of security with a "small trial order" , and then guide the user to transfer to crypto or larger amounts of fiat currency.

  • Countermeasures : Retain the receipt and merchant information, and initiate a chargeback with the issuing bank on the grounds of "misleading transaction/investment fraud".

Subject:
Fraudulent Investment Platform — Tema Forex (temaforex.com)

Body:
Dear Officer,

I would like to report a suspected investment scam operating as Tema Forex , accessible via https://temaforex.com .

The platform claims to be FCA-regulated and offers “AI Forex investment with guaranteed daily profits.” Investors are asked to pay additional “tax” and “verification” fees before withdrawals, which never arrive.

I invested via USDT and credit card; after submitting the requested fees, my account was frozen and all contacts disappeared.

Attached are:

  • Screenshots of the website and dashboard

  • Payment receipts and blockchain TXIDs

  • Chat and email records

  • WHOIS and company verification results

Please investigate and coordinate with international authorities to block their related wallets and domains.

III. Chinese Complaint Letter Template

Subject: Reporting the illegal investment platform Tema Forex (temaforex.com)

To the esteemed regulatory agencies/public security authorities:

In October 2025, I registered to invest in forex trading on the website https://temaforex.com . This website claimed to be regulated by the UK's FCA, but it was actually an illegal platform without any license. The website lured investors with false advertising such as "AI intelligent trading" and "daily fixed returns," fabricated profits after deposits, and charged additional funds under the guise of "taxes" and "verification fees."

My account was frozen after I made the payment, and customer service is unreachable. I have attached website screenshots, transfer receipts, transaction hashes, and chat logs. Please assist in the investigation and freezing of the relevant accounts.

IV. Fund Recovery and Freezing Operations (Can be executed immediately)

1️⃣ Fiat currency channels (bank cards/credit cards)

  • Contact the issuing bank to explain that it is an investment scam;

  • Submit transaction receipts and chat logs;

  • Request a chargeback , citing "Misleading Financial Transaction" as the reason;

  • Banks can recover some of the funds within 30–120 days.

2️⃣ Cryptocurrency Channels

  • Save a screenshot containing your TXID, wallet address, and timestamp .

  • Log in to exchanges (Binance, OKX, Bitget, MEXC);

  • In customer support, select Law Enforcement / Fraud Report , upload evidence, and provide the alarm number;

  • If the wallet is traced to an exchange account, the success rate of freezing it is 30-60%.

V. Prevent secondary scams (scams involving fake recovery teams)

Fraud gangs often impersonate "funds recovery agencies" or "lawyer teams" to contact victims after their information is exposed.
Common phrases and their true purpose:

Sales scriptactual purpose
"We can help you recover your funds, but a deposit is required first."Deceiving people into making a second payment
"We are working with the FCA and can freeze accounts immediately."Impersonating an official
Please upload a photo of your ID card to verify your identity.Stealing privacy information
"A blockchain clearing fee is required for a refund."Scamming money again

Prevention suggestions:

  • They do not respond to any proactive "recovery services" that contact them.

  • No money transfers or identification documents required;

  • Reporting and recovery can only be done through three formal channels: banks, exchanges, and regulatory agencies .

VI. Investor Fraud Prevention Checklist

indexLegitimate investment platformFraudulent platforms (such as Tema Forex)

Simple rule of thumb: Anything that promises "guaranteed returns," "AI-powered automatic profits," or "pay upfront before withdrawal" is 100% a scam.

VII. Final Conclusions and Investment Recommendations

  • Tema Forex (temaforex.com) is a transnational Ponzi scheme disguised as a UK-regulated operation .

  • There is no registered entity or regulatory filing.

  • Fraud is committed by forging back-end systems, creating fake profits, and employing triple withdrawal traps.

  • Funds flowed to multiple exchanges via the coin mixing system;
