What should I do if my FXTM withdrawal doesn’t arrive?
If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived, first check the status in the FXTM client portal. For bank wires, delays often occur with intermediary banks. If funds are missing after 7 business days, contact FXTM support and request a transaction reference or SWIFT confirmation. For card payments, confirm with your provider whether refunds are pending. Because FXTM is strictly regulated, it cannot withhold funds without cause. If unresolved, traders can escalate complaints to regulators like the FCA or CySEC.
