User Agreement

Before using the services provided by BrokerHivex, please carefully read and fully understand the contents of this Agreement, especially the bolded parts, including but not limited to clauses excluding or limiting liability. If you do not agree to this Agreement and/or any modifications thereto at any time, you may voluntarily discontinue using it. Once you use the services provided by BrokerHivex, it shall be deemed that you have understood and fully agreed to all the terms of this Agreement, including any modifications. You can sign this Agreement and become our user at any time.

1. General Provisions

Users can use the agent to search for various channels and products. By using this particular service, the user's actions are considered acceptance of the terms of service and any related announcements published by the following organizations. The agent searches for this specific service.
The terms of this BrokerHivex Search User Agreement and the terms of each specific service and product pipeline may be updated by BrokerHivex at any time without notice. You should be aware of and comply with the applicable terms when using the relevant services.

2. Account registration and usage

When using certain products or services, BrokerHivex users need to register a BrokerHivex account. To register and use your BrokerHivex account, you must comply with the following rules:

Upon successful registration, BrokerHivex will assign each user an account, to which they can set a password. Users are responsible for protecting the security of their account credentials and are legally liable for all actions performed using their accounts.
After completing the registration process and agreeing to the terms of this agreement, users will receive a BrokerHivex Account on the BrokerHivex.com website and in the client application. Users can access the BrokerHivex Platform using this account.
If you are already logged into Agent Search, please provide a consistent experience with Agent Search products. Your account login status in one product may be synchronized across other products upon first use of Agent Search products. This process does not collect or use your personal information. You can log out of any product through your account settings page.
BrokerHivex has the following permissions: BrokerHivex Account (User ID). After completing the registration process and agreeing to this agreement, the user will receive an account and become a user. Users are required to provide timely, detailed, and accurate personal information and update their registration information as necessary. BrokerHivex assumes no responsibility for any problems arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information. You can update or correct your information through the account settings page.
According to national laws or agency search service policies, you may be required to provide real-name information, such as your ID card number, when using certain services. If your information is incomplete or incorrect, you may be restricted from using these services.
If you use facial recognition for login or verification, we will collect and store your facial information. You must follow the on-screen instructions to complete the necessary steps. Proxy Search: You may only use the facial recognition service for your own account. To improve verification accuracy, you agree to proxy searches. Where necessary, we may compare your facial features with facial features stored by legally authorized organizations, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
yourAgent searches for the account and finds the username and password. You can log in using your account name (such as username, phone number, or email) and password. For security reasons, we may implement various verification measures based on your device and usage behavior, such as requiring a verification code when logging in from a new device.
Users may not transfer, sell, or lend their accounts or passwords to others. The right to use the account belongs solely to the original registrant, and the user is fully responsible for all activities conducted using their account. Proxy Search reserves the right to freeze or ban an account if it reasonably determines that the account is being traded or is at risk of being hacked.
If you are unable to access your account for personal reasons, you must comply with the BrokerHivex Account Recovery Program and provide valid and accurate information. BrokerHivex reserves the right to refuse account recovery if the information provided is incomplete, the account credentials are invalid, or there are security risks such as account theft.
To terminate your BrokerHivex service, you can apply to cancel your account; this is irreversible. Please ensure you understand and acknowledge the consequences:
(i) Only the original account holder may request the cancellation of the account;
(ii) You remain responsible for any actions taken prior to the cancellation of your account;
(iii) All data and information related to the account will be irreversibly deleted, and you will not be able to access or recover any account details.
If you do not use BrokerHivex for six consecutive months, BrokerHivex reserves the right to reinstate your account, and you will no longer be able to access services using that account.
To comply with legal requirements and protect your account security, we may send your identity information to banks, operators, or other institutions for verification, especially during sensitive operations such as account unbinding or logout.
When using "One-Click Login," if your phone number matches a registered BrokerHive account, your carrier will send your phone number to BrokerHivex Confirm. If the phone number is already registered and verified, no further credentials are required to log in to your account.
We reserve the right to restrict or freeze your account in accordance with laws and regulations or at the request of government authorities. In such cases, you may be unable to log in or use your account. You will need to cooperate with any other verification requests that may be made by regulatory agencies, law enforcement agencies, or judicial departments.

III. Usage Rules

Users must comply with applicable laws and regulations within their jurisdiction, including but not limited to data protection, cybersecurity, and internet service regulations. You agree not to use this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to:
(i) Uploading, displaying, or transmitting content that undermines national security or harms national interests;
(2) Engaging in activities that endanger public safety, spread rumors, or disrupt social order;
(iii) Using this service to create, distribute or participate in harmful or illegal activities, such as gambling, pornography, fraud or other criminal activities.
If you breach any part of this Agreement or other relevant Terms of Service, resulting in any third-party claims, demands, or losses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrokerHivex affiliates. Agent Search may take actions including content removal, service suspension, or account termination.
Users may not copy, forward, sell, or use this service for commercial purposes.
Users are fully responsible for their actions while using the proxy search service, including compensation to any injured party and reimbursement of any legal fees or penalties incurred by the proxy search service due to the user's actions.

IV. Service Content

The specific services provided by BrokerHivex. BrokerHivex depends on the actual situation.
Unless otherwise specified, BrokerHivex will be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
You are responsible for accessing the Internet through third-party service providers and for any costs associated with such access.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of our services at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy, timeliness, or security of our services.
Disclaimer: Agent Search is not responsible for any interruptions caused by necessary maintenance, natural disasters, or technical problems that may affect service availability or functionality.
Collaboration Provider Connections: BrokerHivex may connect to third-party websites or resources, but is not responsible for the content, availability, or security of these external websites or resources.

5. Intellectual property rights and other legitimate rights and interests

To protect user rights, if you believe that other users' content infringes on your legal rights, you should provide sufficient documentation and follow the established complaint process.
Users authorize agents to search for free, irrevocable, and non-exclusive licenses worldwide for the use of, copying, modifying, adapting, publishing, translating, and distributing content uploaded by users to the platform.
BrokerHivex owns the copyright to all materials on its website. Any unauthorized use, including copying or distributing content for commercial purposes, will be subject to legal action.

VI. Special Reminder for Minors

Minors must abide by the "National Youth Internet Civility Convention," which includes:

Avoid harmful content;
Communicate honestly and respectfully online;
Protect personal information;
Avoid engaging in inappropriate or dangerous online interactions.

7. All sorts of things

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the jurisdiction in which the services are provided or used.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to BrokerHivex.
An agent’s failure to exercise any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
