What should I do if my Vantage withdrawal is delayed?
Check the Client Portal first to ensure the status shows “processed.” If still pending, verify your KYC is up to date. For bank wires, request the SWIFT/MT103 trace. For cards, ask Vantage for the ARN code. These documents let your bank locate the funds. If the delay exceeds 7 business days, escalate through support and, if necessary, file a complaint with the relevant regulator (ASIC or FSA).
