What should I do if my XTB withdrawal doesn’t arrive?
If your withdrawal hasn’t arrived, check whether the request was processed in the XTB client portal. For bank transfers, allow for intermediary bank delays, especially with international wires. If funds don’t arrive after 5–7 business days, contact XTB’s support team. They can provide transaction IDs or SWIFT receipts to trace the funds. For card or e-wallet withdrawals, confirm with your payment provider. Because XTB is heavily regulated, it does not engage in blocking withdrawals. If problems remain unresolved, clients can file formal complaints with regulators such as the FCA or KNF.
