What is ETF trading in forex platforms?

Some forex brokers offer CFDs on Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), allowing traders to speculate on the performance of ETFs without owning them. ETFs track assets like indices, commodities, or sectors. Trading ETF CFDs provides diversification and exposure to multiple assets through a single product. However, unlike traditional ETF investing, CFD trading uses leverage and does not grant ownership rights. This makes it suitable for short-term speculation but riskier than holding actual ETFs.
