In May 2025, I submitted a withdrawal request on FinPros. Although the platform promised processing within 48 hours, my funds were still not received after nearly three weeks. Repeated attempts to contact customer service resulted only in generic template responses with no real solution. Multiple users in the community have reported similar problems.
